Honest about estimates
Meal scans, calorie targets, macros and steps are estimates, and LTG says so. You review a meal scan before it is saved, and we don't promise results.
Not a medical service
LTG is a wellness app. It is not a medical organization and it doesn't diagnose, treat or replace advice from a health professional.
Most of it free
Steps, GPS activities, water, the daily plan, streaks, Crews and challenges are free. LTG Pro is optional and clearly labelled.
Calm by design
Flat, quiet screens, reminders you opt into, and streaks that allow for rest days.
Respectful of your data
This website uses no cookies, analytics or trackers. The app's privacy policy explains what it collects and why, and you can delete your account at any time.
