Steps and activity
Track your steps. Record your route.
A DAY WITH LTG / A change of scenery
The short walk counts, too. Follow your daily steps, record a GPS walk or run, and look back at the route you made your own. All from your phone.

How it works
How to use it
LTG counts your steps from your phone's motion sensors, Apple Health or Health Connect. Start a GPS activity to record a walk or run with a live timer, distance, pace and intensity, then see your route on a map and share it as an image. On iPhone the session shows as a Live Activity and in the Dynamic Island; on Android it stays in an ongoing notification. All of it is free.

Steps, all day
Steps come from your phone's motion sensors, or from Apple Health or Health Connect if you connect them, so they count without an activity running.
- 02
Start a walk or run
A live session shows duration, distance, pace, steps and points, and you can pause or finish at any time.
- 03
Follow your route
When you finish, your route is drawn on a map with your start and end points.
- 04
Share it
Turn a finished activity into a share image with your distance, time and steps.

Accuracy
