How do I contact LTG support?
Email contact@thesidneyspace.com. Tell us your device, the app version and what happened, and we will reply by email.
LTG isn't counting my steps. What can I check?
Make sure LTG has permission to read steps: in Apple Health on iPhone, or in Health Connect on Android. Steps also depend on your phone's motion sensors, so carrying the phone matters.
Why does my meal scan look wrong?
Scans are estimates from what the photo shows. Adjust servings or remove items before saving, and for mixed dishes, sauces or hidden ingredients you can log by hand instead.
How do I manage or cancel LTG Pro?
Subscriptions are handled by the App Store or Google Play. Manage or cancel LTG Pro in the store where you subscribed; deleting the app does not cancel it.
Can I turn off reminders?
Yes. Hydration and other reminders are opt-in, and you can turn them off at any time.
Delete your account and data
In the app
- Open the Profile tab (the last tab in the bottom bar).
- Tap Settings.
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account.
- Read the confirmation, then tap Yes, Delete. Deletion starts straight away and can't be undone.
By email
Can't open the app? Email us from the address you use for LTG, with the subject “Delete my LTG account”, and we'll delete your account and its data and confirm by email.

- Your Crew posts, comments, likes and challenge progress, and your place on leaderboards.
- Crews you created and challenges you set, for every member.
Deleting your account does not cancel an LTG Pro subscription; cancel it in your app store. Read more in the privacy policy.
